News Brief: NCCER and Grants Plus Partner To Help Grant Seekers

The National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) is excited to be partnering with Grants Plus, providing an extra level of service to grant-seeking organizations within our network.

This partnership provides guidance to executives, fundraising staff, and others in creating a competitive grant strategy, with special emphasis on finding and applying for grants that are most promising for your organization.

Grants Plus offers our network an array of resources such as a catalog of available grants, educational materials, coaching sessions, and webinars.

The free monthly webinars, which started in June 2022, have covered topics like why grants matter, how to evaluate grant opportunities and identifying grant-ready programs. These webinars will continue through February 2023. Upcoming topics will include building program budgets, writing compelling grant proposals, building relationships with funders and more. Recordings of previous webinars are also available.

One-on-one sessions with Grants Plus coaches are also available to those organizations seeking support in overcoming grant-related challenges. These free, 30-minute sessions offer the opportunity to ask questions about grant seeking and explore ideas specific to your organization.
